Unfortunately, PayPal do not support any form of skill-based competition payments and therefore we are unable to offer this payment solution to our customers.

Pole Position Prizes operate within the UK, so customers from Northern Ireland are welcome to take part! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept customers from the Republic of Ireland at this time. 

Not all of our competitions have maximum ticket limits on them, however, some of our bigger prizes may be subject to restrictions on how many tickets can be purchased by any one customer. Ticket maximums will be clearly displayed on each individual competition page. 

When entering our skill-based competitions you will be required to complete the challenge featured on the competition page. Entrants that successfully complete the challenge will then be entered into our live draw. Our winner is selected at random using their allocated ticket number and  Google’s ‘random number generator’. 

In the unlikely event that we draw a winner that does not meet our minimum age requirement, the original prizes offered will be redrawn from the list of successful entrants. 

The closing date of each individual competition will be clearly displayed on the corresponding competition page. Occasionally, if we have not sold the minimum amount of tickets for the competition, we may extend the closing date a limited number of times. We will clearly mark and notify entrants of any extensions to competition closing dates. For more information see our T’s&C’s here.

Your Account Password can be reset on the ‘My Account’ page. Once you have logged in, select ‘Account details’ where you will have the option to reset your password and update personal details.
